We help parents and teens stop walking on eggshells and work through their mental health struggles
You never know what kind of reaction you are going to get and you see your sweet child becoming more distant.
It’s more than independence… you are worried. Things feel like they are spiraling out of control, and you don’t know how to talk to them about it. You see your smart, beautiful teen, but they continue to criticize and describe themselves as ugly, stupid, or not good enough. No matter how much you praise them, they pull away further and continue to have a negative affect. You are concerned for your teen’s health and happiness, and need support.

We help our teens navigate their emotions in healthy ways. Our teens learn how to have better relationships in their family as they gain more independence. We also work with families by using parenting tools specific to the teens’ needs to successfully reach your goals. We want all teens to feel supported and have experts to teach them healthy coping skills.
