Your login information is first initial and last name and our practice code is: reflectionsccs Your PW will be sent to you prior to seeing clients, once you log in for the first time, you will be asked to set your own password. If you are locked out of TherapyNotes and are not able to get back in after too many attempts, please email the office assistant to have it reset. If the office assistant is not available, please email Kari Ann to have it reset.

TherapyNotes is our electronic health record. We use this to store all client information, documents, progress notes, and billing information.

TherapyNotes also has a large support database of videos and blogs for training purposes, you can find information here.

You are given test clients on your caseload that you can practice opening notes and using them.
