Effective January 2026:
Our commitment to the staff is to offer in person training and CEUs to all staff quarterly at Reflections. You will be paid admin time for these trainings and cost to attend will be covered.
If you are interested in attending a training or working on a certification outside of Reflections Counseling Services, please review and discuss in supervision. This training would need to be in line with the Reflections Values and Mission and help further your expertise in your role with Reflections.
You will discuss the training and plan for training in clinical supervision meeting. If approved, you may use admin time for the hours of the training and a portion of the training cost may be covered for therapists who meet average of the the full time clinical hours of 85% productivity in clinical sessions per week.
A training request will not be approved if full time employee status is not met for a period of no less than 30 days prior to said request.

Any other training requests or certifications would be discussed and reviewed on a case by case basis with the clinical director.
License Renewal
The professional development stipend can also be utilized for up to half of the reimbursement for license renewal fees. For example, if renewal fee is $195, Reflections will reimburse $97.50 through payroll once the receipt is uploaded into Gusto. This will only be approved if employee has met full time employee status for no less than 30 days prior to request.
All reimbursement funds are subject to change at any time with no notice if the financial climate of the practice at time of the request is not able to sustain the cost.
Malpractice Insurance
Reflections covers all malpractice insurance throughout your employment at Reflections. This policy covers all work performed at Reflections and a copy of your policy if needed is available to you. Please submit a request for this to the Practice Manager.
Simple Retirement Account
Open Enrollment for the Reflections Simple Retirement Account occurs in January each year. Employees who earned a min of $5,000 the previous calendar year are eligible to participate. Reflections provides an employee match of up to 3%.

AT&T Phone Plan Discount
All employees of RCCS are able to receive an 8% discount on their personal cell phones through AT&T. To receive this discount, you will have to print out a copy of your pay stub and bring it into an AT&T store.
AT&T has said it takes 1-2 billing cycles to show up.
