Our counseling center’s office hours are listed below. If you would like to see clients outside of our normally scheduled hours, please discuss it with the clinical supervisor.
Monday 8am – 8pm
Tuesday 8am – 8pm
Wednesday 8am – 8pm
Thursday 8am – 8pm
Friday 8am – 8pm
Saturday 7am – 6pm
The doors will open at 7am and lock at 8pm Monday through Fridays, and 7am to 5 pm on Saturdays. The access code will be 8080
We currently have 9 therapy offices in our office suites. Each office has a schedule located on our google office calendar. The office assistant reviews this calendar weekly and ensures that there is no double booking. If there are any issues with one of the rooms, please email the office assistant at info@reflectionsccs.com
If you are assigned to Rooms 6-9, the code for locking and unlocking the office suite is 1012.
Kari Ann is in the office each week with a variable administrative schedule and is available during business hours and one evening per week (Tuesday) via email or text at Kgreaves@reflectionsccs.com. KA also works remotely doing administrative tasks for the business and is available during office hours by email.
