We review benefits options annually with our Practice Manager, Clinical Director, CFO, and Broker.
We will update all employees each time there is a change. Open enrollment for medical and dental benefits is November each year.
New full time employees are eligible for these plans on the 1st of the month after 30 days of employment.
Anthem Health Insurance plan to be covered by Reflections at 50% and the employee at 50% as of November 1, 2023. Copy of plan details can be obtained from Darrel Miller, our Anthem Broker.

Eligibility
Full time status of all employees is reviewed quarterly each year in Jan, April, July, and October. This is discussed during the quarterly productivity meetings with our Clinical Director. If full time status is not met, there will be a progressive improvement plan to support employees to get back to full time status. If this is not met over the course of two months in a row, a 30 day notice will be provided to the employee regarding a transition to part time status. There will be a productivity plan discussed with the clinical director before any benefits are discontinued.
