What happens from day 1 until day 90?
- Therapists are welcomed to the team, engage in the Reflections onboarding materials, and learn about the mission and impact we have on our community.
- Therapists work with the clinical supervisor on gaining support and establishing a clinical supervision process with each other.
- Therapists are getting to know their colleagues and start building relationships with the clients as they grow their caseload.
- The goals during this first 90 days is to engage with your clients, retain them, and establish boundaries for weekly sessions until their goals are met.
- Full time therapists with Reflections would receive 15 min of admin time per intake completed and one hour of administrative time per week for their first 90 days.
- At the end of the 90 day review period, therapists should have 70-85% of their availability filled with sessions each week. If this does not occur, a plan can be discussed in their 90 day review meeting with the clinical supervisor.
What happens from day 90 until 6 months with Reflections?
- Therapists build a comfort level with their week to week schedule and have started to maintain clinical relationships with their clients.
- Therapists are engaged in outcomes conversations with their clients and gaining feedback on how they can continue to provide great clinical work and learning about what works and doesn’t work for some clients..
- Therapists are getting clinical supervision on an ongoing basis as needed with the clinical supervisor.
- Therapists now have an average of 85% of attended sessions each week. If this is not occurring on a weekly basis, a plan with the clinical supervisor and practice manager would be discussed.
- Full time therapists with Reflections would receive two hours of administrative time per week if their KPI is met.
What happens from 6 months until 1 year of employment with Reflections?
- Therapists have established a comfort level in their position and are maintaining their average number of clinical hours each week.
- Therapists are processing their position with the clinical supervisor by discussing their strengths, what they enjoy about the position and having ongoing touchpoints conversations.
- A path for growth in their position is discussed with the clinical supervisor.
- The clinical therapist understands how they are making an impact with their clients and sees how they add value to our team and community.
- Full time therapists will continue their two hours of administrative time per week if their KPI is met. If KPI is not met, one hour would be deducted from the administrative time per week.
One year and beyond…
- An annual evaluation is completed with the clinical supervisor.
- Additional benefits and opportunities are discussed based on strengths and the therapist’s path for growth.
- Continuing Education reimbursement and training opportunities are discussed based on performance and KPIs.
- A floating holiday is earned during your birth month.
- An annual increase or bonus dependent on market conditions and average number of sessions (to be determined at time of annual review) per week.
