Kristina Hotchkiss is our Practice Manager. She assists the leadership team and staff with all administrative and operational tasks for Reflections. She is in charge of answering all of the RCCS intake phone calls, scheduling new clients, and doing insurance benefit checks. Contact Kristina if you have questions regarding your calendar or there are openings you’d like her to fill with a new client or if you need client benefit information. Contact: Michelle Sarofin
Dr. Michelle Sarofin, DSW, LCSW is our is our Clinical Director. She is responsible for overseeing supervision and developing the clinical staff at Reflections Counseling Services. She assists with planning and implementation strategies for Reflections Counseling Services growth. Michelle’s primary role is to support Clinical Supervisors in managing staff and provide feedback, supervision, and consultation. You may contact her at any time with clinical concerns or questions. She will lead the Clinical Consultation group for Full Time therapists and will meet with PT therapists as needed for supervision. Contact: Karrie Guariglia
Karrie Guariglia is our RCCS Biller. She is in charge of all billing and claims for our RCCS. She works with Kristina to ensure all billing processes are streamlined, benefits are verified, and insurance payments and denials are processed.
