I believe therapy should be a space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes.
My approach is flexible and strengths-based, meaning I meet you where you are and tailor our work to fit your unique needs. I use evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help with things like managing emotions, building coping skills, and improving relationships. I have experience working with a wide range of ages and concerns, and I always focus on creating a supportive, down-to-earth environment. When working with teens and adolescents, I make therapy interactive and engaging to help them feel comfortable and motivated. Outside of sessions, I’m usually spending time with my puppy, reading, watching movies, or enjoying a good cup of coffee.
